He has focused his career on learning how to balance change management with human development and process improvement to create a culture that consistently exceeds expectations.


Dan Collier
has more than 20 years of hands-on leadership experience in the financial and shareholder communications industry, managing teams in manufacturing, customer service, and quality improvement. He is skilled in talent and organization development, has built global training programs, led enterprise-wide change initiatives and has assessed and coached executive leadership. Dan believes that business performance improvement is achieved by aligning people with process, systems and technology.

He holds a certificate in Training and Development from Boston University, is qualified in the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI), FIRO-B Interpersonal Skills Inventory, and Benchmarks 360° feedback instrument from The Center for Creative Leadership. Dan is an active member of the Society for Professional Consultants and regularly participates with various consulting, executive coaching and change management practitioners’ groups.
